4. Courier Charges

4.1 Buyer Responsibility

• Courier charges are to be borne by the buyer. The total delivery cost will be calculated and displayed at checkout.

5. Product Information

5.1 Material and Safety

• Our sanitary pads are made from organic cotton and are hypoallergenic. However, if allergies or other adverse reactions occur, please stop using the products and seek medical assistance if necessary.

5.2 Disposal Instructions

• Sanitary pads need to be disposed of properly and should not be flushed into the toilet.
• Sanitary pads may pose a choking hazard to children and animals. Proper storage, handling and disposal is important to ensure the safety and comfort of all parties.

6. Loyalty Program

6.1 Earning Points

• Users earn 1 point for every RM1 spent on purchases. Points can be redeemed for discounts on future purchases. The value of 1 point is RM0.01.

6.2 Using Points

• Points can be applied during checkout for a discount on future purchases.

7. Affiliate Program

7.1 Affiliate Links

• Users can earn commissions by sharing their unique affiliate links. For every purchase made through the affiliate link, the introducer earns 1% of the purchase value.

7.2 Commission Payouts

8. Returns and Exchanges

8.1 Non-Returnable Items

• Due to hygiene reasons, sanitary pads, undergarments, and other personal hygiene products cannot be returned for a refund. No refunds will be issued for these products.

8.2 Damaged Products

• Damaged products can be returned for exchange with the same or similar products of the same price. If the value of the exchange product is different, the customer shall top up the difference.

8.3 Return Process

• To return a damaged product, please email care@mymomen.com with evidence of the damaged product and the return receipt to arrange for an exchange.

9. Delivery

• We deliver products via Nijavan, Gdex, Easyparcel, and Pos Malaysia according to the terms of the courier service partners.

9.2 Delivery Times

• Ready stock items: 1-5 days.
• Pre-order or out-of-stock items: 4-8 weeks.

10. Order Cancellation

10.1 Cancellation Policy

• Customers can request to cancel an order due to a change of mind or if the waiting time for pre-order or out-of-stock items is too long, provided the cancellation request is made before the courier pick-up is processed.
